My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although a bit dusty and small without much space for luggage, had a fantastic bathroom. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist with local tips and even shipping items all the way to Hong Kong. The location was convenient, right across the road from the train and bus stations, though a bit further from the snow. The dining experience offered interesting choices but lacked some more Western options. Overall, the facilities were decent.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms, although small by Japanese standards, were uniquely decorated, comfortable, and well-equipped. On the downside, the room size was a bit small and the smell of smoke lingered.
